To make our disc blades more efficient and for longevity of their life we use Boron Steel, SAE1070, SAE1080 and Chrome manganese steel to manufacture them.
Our disc blades are been supplied all over the world and acclaimed as highest quality disc available in the market. We have developed a niche markets for ourselves where Windsor is recognized as manufacturer and exporter of widest range of Agriculture Disc Blades. Range of Blades Includes different sizes of Dimple Disc, Plain Disc, Flat Disc, Notched Disc or scalloped disc, Conical Disc, Dome Disc, wavy Disc, Fluted Disc and Filler Disc. Different sizes vary from 12 inches to 30 Inches and opted thickness from 2.5mm upto 10mm.
This vast range leads to consequences of getting more order of disc blades, and the large quantities drives us for mass production that makes us easier to offer discs at lower prices. Our quality policy is well defined and followed by each individual in origination, production process is observed for quality control where even a minor defect is not ignored. To get better quality we have quality check at every stage of production. That enables us to maintain equal strength and hardness for each disc even after long production process that remains same. After quality check, to prevent discs from rusting we use high quality stretch film to wrap them.
Apart from Disc Blades, we have multiple manufacturing facilities at our Gurgaon and Ludhiana plants, where products are being produced for agriculture industry, we also manufacture forged blade guards, that includes fingers (forged guard) of all well known brands of combine harvesters.
Along with manufacturing, we are importer of Mazzini rotavator blades, these blades are made in Italy and proven longer life over blades sold here in market.
Windsor’s export division has achieved new heights in international trade and still competing with itself to reach new marks. Windsor has also been awarded “Niryat Shree” three times for its astonishing performance in exports. |
